DESCRIPTION:Women in Life Sciences\n\n\n\nPlease join us for this 2018 kick-off event bringing together women in Utah's life sciences industry. This event provides women in the Life Sciences industry an opportunity to network with peers\, exchange ideas\, and collaborate on strategies to advance women in our industry and STEM related fields.\n\n\n\nKeynote Speaker: Pat Jones\n\n\n\nWe're excited to have Pat Jones as our guest speaker. Pat is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Women's Leadership Institute. She previously served in both the Utah House and Senate for 14 years\, holding leadership positions in 12 of those 14 years. She was elected Democrat minority leader of the Senate in 2008\, the first woman of either party elected to lead a caucus in the Utah Legislature.
